It solves the problems of large storage area and low warehousing efficiency of long straight rod aluminum profile products. It has the characteristics of high space utilization, high efficiency and energy saving, and intelligent storage management. It has been appraised by relevant experts organized by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. It is believed that the domestic aluminum profile high-rise, high-density automatic stereoscopic warehouse has been filled, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. There are 7,244 cargo space in the storehouse with a maximum inventory of more than 7,000 tons. The maximum length of storage profiles is 7 meters. The sunrise storage volume is more than 450 tons. The storage efficiency is increased by 33% and labor is saved by 50%. There is no error in storage and storage, which features significant economic and social benefits for the company.
